Katrina Gossett addressed some 500 attendees — mostly physicians and other health professionals — during the morning session of the second day of the 2014 MDA Clinical Conference in Chicago. Katrina, 28, is an Indianapolis native and a litigator. She was diagnosed with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) at 13-months old.
